- Gym-based workouts: equipment used includes, but is not limited to, dumbbells, kettlebell, step, bench, barbell/squat rack, stability ball, medicine ball, foam roller
- Full access to program for 1 year
- Workouts change every 3 weeks so you have time to perfect & progress the exercises & weights
